Thoroughly enjoyed this recently refurbished hotel because of its favorable location and welcoming staff. the venue is conveniently situated next to the desert and a supermarket. Additionally, it is close to everything you would like.

The hotel's position was comfy and ideal, to the supermarket next door. Our room had a comfortable bed and a pleasant view.

Thank you for an ENJOYABLE stay. The venue is simple, food is outstanding, ideal location in the center of Nelspruit. I loved my room - normal double and great-sized with aircon. The staff are efficient and extremely friendly and provide a good service.

My double room was modern and had all the basic facilities I needed. the bathtub in the clean bathroom was super awesome. - the hotel's location was favourable and ideal, within walking distance of Ecotraining. - Shopping centers and a supermarket were right next door, which was convenient.

In my tidy room, I had a nice flat-screen TV with all the channels, plus temperature control and a safe just for me. the view from up here was pretty sweet, looking out over the whole city 🌆.

It is situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for shopping and exploring local attractions. Additionally, the hotel is easily accessible, as it is near the InterCape bus stop.

It was so convenient and easy to find. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms were lovely. They were clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a bath and air conditioning. The fresh bed sheets were a nice touch. And the fact that the windows opened onto all the aircon units made for a refreshing breeze. Oh, and the breakfast - they even had options for vegetarians like me!

I couldn't find a fault with this hotel - everything was perfect.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. Exciting moments! Liked the beautiful decorations and the well-themed entertainment. the staff was really friendly and helpful. the hotel was situated near a mall and main roads which made it easy to get around. We also received two complementary vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar. Plus, the festive ambience was just great.

The overall experience was marred by some negative points. the cleaning services were poor as our room was not cleaned one day.
